We are very happy to train everyone to use the MediaStar system so they can learn how to use the full potential of their system.
Our standard training consists of a one-day course, that covers the commissioning and initial setup and of a system through to the use of more advanced features such as security profiles and network jump events.
We have a regular training schedule setup for free courses that are held in our Newbury (UK) and our New Jersey (US) offices. A significant advantage to attending these sites is that a fully working MediaStar system will be available for delegates to ‘play-with’, without fear of disrupting a ‘live’ system.
If those locations are not convenient, then we can also provide remote internet-based training. This will consist of a TeamViewer based session where one of our engineers will talk through training notes and then provide a remote hands-on training session with our Media Manager software. Remote training sessions can be arranged at a convenient time for you, but we do ask you to fully commit to providing your un-interrupted attention during the training.
If you have a larger AV team who you would like to be trained on your premises, then we are pleased to be able to facilitate this too. Our engineers can attend your site and will present the CTS training and will bring along a laptop-based Media Manager system and a limited selection of MediaStar hardware to ‘play’ with. All on-site training is chargeable on a daily rate plus travel and subsistence.
